One Full Week

032

I’ve reached a milestone of sorts.  It’s the exact opposite of what you might expect a blogger like me to post about.

Actually, it’s also rather shocking, come to think of it.

I have officially gone one full week without picking up anything…..

No curbshopping, no garage sales, no thrift stores, not even anything at Real Deals (my fav dollar store).

This never happens in my world.

Could this possibly mean I’m cured of my addiction?

Somehow I don’t think that’s the case, as I was out trolling the streets on my way to work yesterday morning…feeling the need to find some treasures.

Only I was too late, the trash men are starting earlier this time of year.  They got all the good stuff.

I went to work empty-vanned.  (like my new word? I added it to my dictionary)

Bummer.

Maybe tomorrow……

  1. I hate to say it but I don't think you're cured. The fact that you were looking means you have a few more curbshopaholic meetings to attend before you get your diploma. LOL

  2. Every artist has a dry spell. It just gives you more time to finish projects so we can see them!

  3. hahahahahaha... looks like you are going to have to get up earlier to beat that trash man (to a pulp)... the nerve of him taking your good stuff first.

Have you been watching that dreaded show??????? lol
