K.I.S.S. (Keep it Short Saturday) Dressers

Thought I would show you some pictures of my stored items today.  I took a picture (or 2) of everything I moved into the new space.

Planning to actually organize them into folders so I know what I have in inventory…….

I do have some of the drawers for this one, just forgot to put them in for the pictures.

One of these was not free.

It cost me $5.

Can you guess which one it was?

  1. I don't know which one wasn't free but that first one? stick some old white porcelain knobs on it and sell it to me as is! I love that!

  5. Oh my word girl!!
They do not have curb side finds here like that!
I'm so drooling with envy, but then would not have time right now to do anything with them anyway.

And your going to make a folder of what you have?
    What fun is that? =)
I like forgetting, then cleaning, and being surprised! It's like finding it twice!

So love your blog, and got a post up about you so others can enjoy it too.

  6. I couldn't guess but I need to do what you do. I am paying too much for the pieces I am painting. I have to mark them up to sell them and that prices them out of some people's reach. I can't wait to see what you do with these.
Thanks for stopping by Becolorful. I will be following you too.

Love the posts about your storage units- We have a huge metal shop and my DH says it's time for me to stop picking up things as I am taking more than my allotted space!

  9. I would guess #2, but then there is the possibility of #5... then again...
We went curbside shopping yesterday after a village wide yard sale event. Surprised I still had room in the van, you say. This was the first time nothing rode on the roof.

  10. This is just a wild guess but I'm saying the 6th photo down! What is up with the people in your town that they throw away such good stuff? I just don't see that here. The first one is terrific. Just needs a cleaning and some briwax, clear! I'd buy it!

  11. Great guesses everyone! The answer is #1, the green painted dresser. I loved it so much I paid $5 for it at a garage sale last summer. Love the lines, even love the green paint left on it. And yes, I will probably keep it close to as is.
    All the rest were free!
